Arpan Jyoti Mahanta is a seasoned Senior UX Designer at TechVariable, with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. He graduated from the Masters in Design Program at the Department of Design, IIT Guwahati, and has since been working as a full-time designer, with a particular interest in modeling and rendering in CGI. As a product design enthusiast, Arpan firmly believes in the principle that "Good Design is as little Design as possible." He is also a CAD Modeling & Rendering enthusiast, proficient in Rhino, Wings, Solidworks, and Keyshot. Additionally, Arpan is a 3D Printing Enthusiast, which adds to his already impressive skill set. In 2022, Arpan expanded his horizons to digital products and is currently designing cutting-edge user experiences in enterprise applications with a top tech consultancy firm in India. His current role as a Senior UX Designer at TechVariable allows him to leverage his skills and experience to create innovative, user-friendly designs for their clients. Before joining TechVariable, Arpan worked as a Senior UX Designer at Truminds Software Systems. Here, he was responsible for decoding client requirements, building personas and wireframes, designing user experiences, and supervising the creation of Design Language System(DLS), high-fidelity designs/prototypes of Enterprise-level B2B, IoT, SaaS products. He also worked as a Senior Design Engineer at GreyOrange. Arpan has a diverse educational background, having completed a Master of Design in Industrial and Product Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Technology & Management. He also has a Higher Secondary degree in Science from Air Force School, Jorhat, and a Secondary degree from Carmel School, Jorhat. Arpan's tech stack includes designer and product designer, and his experience in the field makes him a valuable asset to any team.
